Conference Overview:

We will focus on the critical areas of success: knowing yourself, your strengths, motivations, and values; creating connections; managing communications; building confidence; and strengthening resilience.

Conference Schedule:

Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the first day; the conference will run from 12:30 to 5 p.m. on day one, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on day two, and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on day three. Refreshments will be provided on the afternoon of day one, and lunch will be provided on day two. A hosted reception will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday evening. 

Pre-Conference Assignment & Registration:

Attendees will be asked to complete Hogan & StrengthFinders Assessments prior to the class, so please register by October 15 so you can fully participate in the course. The assessment results will be discussed during the sessions.
