Webinar Overview:

Let's get together and share best practices and our experiences as we continue to help our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this unprecedented time, utilities are grappling with a host of issues, many of which directly impact customer service. Customers need support now more than ever, but many of us have had to learn new ways to help them, oftentimes working remotely or with offices closed to the public. This panel discussion will focus on what utilities are doing around our region to help their customers during the pandemic. Guest participation and questions are encouraged.

Some of the topics discussed will be:

  • Challenges in customer service when working remotely or in offices closed to the public
  • Staying connected and sharing information with the team
  • Staggered office schedules
  • Tools and best practices
  • Working through increased or dynamic call/email volume

Panelists include Umatilla Electric Cooperative Member Accounts Supervisor Kristy Pierson, Salem Electric Member Service Specialist Ashley Morey, and Flathead Electric Cooperative Billing & Collections Supervisor Stacie Erickson.

Webinar Moderator:

Tami Mack, Owner, North Star Leadership Consulting
