Who Should Attend:

Anyone who is new to working from home as well as those interested in learning additional skills to enhance their work-at-home experience.

Webinar Overview:

Working from home can be rewarding, but also stressful if not proactively managed. Many professionals experience the sometimes overwhelming, and often awkward, feeling of trying to manage workflow while facing the common distractions experienced while working from home. This informative and action-based webinar provides key elements for a successful work-at-home experience for professionals who currently work at home, as well as tips for those who are new to working from home during times of crisis.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Learn the three principles to creating the right mentality when working from home
  • Learn the three methodologies of managing workflow from home
  • Discover the common technologies available to promote efficiency and create peace while working from home
  • Learn the 10 common mistakes to avoid when working from home

Webinar Schedule:

The webinar will be held from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Attendees will be admitted 15 minutes before the webinar begins. The course is only available live; no recording will be made available.

How to Participate:

Instructions will be emailed to attendees 24 hours before the webinar and we recommend that you test the link to the meeting as soon as you get the instructions. The webinar is best viewed using Internet Explorer as your browser. We recommend that you use a landline for both your phone and your internet connections.

This registration is for one person to attend. We manage our webinars on an honor-system basis; if more than one person from a utility wishes to attend, each is to register separately.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted, with full refund, if request is made at least 30 days prior to the course. Within 30 days, fees are as follows: 15-29 days, $100; 1-14 days or "no show," 100% of registration fee. When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling; NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions.
