Webinar Overview:

Have you ever felt under-valued in your role as an administrative professional? Have you felt that others might see you as “just an admin?” Perhaps you have even thought that about yourself at times. In reality, administrative professionals play a critical role in any well-functioning organization, and you interact with all levels of the org chart to help achieve your utility’s mission.

Whether your title is administrative assistant, executive assistant, or business support professional, or if you are in the administrative support profession, this program will help you move past thinking you are just an admin and embrace your value, helping you to be seen as what you are: a valued and respected business partner.

NOT Just an Admin was created with you in mind by Peggy Vasquez, a best-selling author and speaker that has been in the administrative role for over 20 years. Chances are high that she has faced some of the same challenges you may be facing and has had some of the same questions you may be asking. Learn from Vasquez's experience and knowledge, as she shares both wins and failed attempts and the lessons learned from each.

This highly interactive, engaging, and fun training and development program is divided into four levels of learning all designed to help you, the administrative assistant, be successful. This program goes beyond the basic technical skills and focuses on you as an individual and professional.

Attendees will also receive a complimentary copy of her book, Not "Just an Admin!"

Webinar Schedule:

Webinars will be held on October 27, and November 3, 10, and 17 from 1-4 p.m. Pacific Time. Attendees will be admitted 15 minutes before the webinar begins. Recordings will be available to attendees after the webinar.

How to Participate:

Instructions will be emailed to attendees 12 hours before the webinar and we recommend that you test the link to the meeting as soon as you get the instructions. The webinar is best viewed using Chrome as your browser. We recommend that you use a landline for both your phone and your internet connections.

This registration is for one person to attend. We manage our webinars on an honor-system basis; if more than one person from a utility wishes to attend, each is to register separately.

    Associate Member Rate: $810
    Non-member Rate: $1,620

Attendee Group Registration (Up to four attendees)*:

    Utility Member Rate: $1,350
    Associate Member Rate: $2,025

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted, with full refund, if request is made at least 30 days prior to the course. Within 30 days, fees are as follows: 15-29 days, $100; 1-14 days or no show, 100% of registration fee. When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling; NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions.
