Stress happens! And while you can’t always prevent stress, you can use tools and strategies to better navigate it. Sarah G. Draper will explain the importance of checking in with your nervous system throughout the day and provide multiple strategies—including breathwork, visualization, and physical posture—for handling stress responses. You will also be guided through an activity to create a personal three-word mantra for use during times of heightened stress.

Join us for an insightful webinar on the power of thoughtful communication in minimizing conflict and managing stress. In this interactive 90-minute webinar, learn practical strategies for fostering clear, empathetic, and respectful conversations that promote understanding, resolve misunderstandings, and create more harmonious interactions. Discover how small shifts in how you communicate can lead to big changes in reducing tension, preventing escalation, and building stronger relationships. With these proven communication techniques, discover how you can reduce stress for yourself and those you interact with.

Join us to learn more about whole body health and learn practical techniques to combat daily physical stress and feel better. This interactive and energetic class will walk you through the confusing world of nutrition information and provide insights into biomechanics—the science of how to move your body effectively. You'll discover wellness strategies for work and home environments, with a focus on addressing daily physical stresses and improving overall health. Led by Dr. Jill Jorgensen, an expert in biomechanics and wellness, this session brings together her specialized knowledge of body movement and nutrition to help you optimize your physical well-being.

This foundational session will provide an introduction to mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation. You will learn the relationship between breath and physiology, and walk away with practical breathwork tools for daily life. You will also gain clarity on meditation misconceptions and leave with a structured four-week approach to establishing a sustainable mindfulness meditation practice.
