Webinar Overview:

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted all aspects of the public utility ecosystem, and communications is no exception. For example, not having in-person annual meetings or member appreciation days can interfere with the strong connections that utilities have with their members. However, communicators are resilient and resourceful! Register for this free interactive event to hear what your colleagues at other NWPPA member utilities are doing to creatively engage their customers. Join the discussion, learn what your peers are doing, and share your accomplishments and challenges.

Moderated by Joel Myer, formerly of Mason PUD 3, the panel will discuss engagement opportunities and share what has worked (or not worked) for their utilities. The panel includes Theresa Phillips from Lassen Municipal Utility District, Melissa Greenwood from Ravalli Electric Cooperative, Neil Neroutsos from Chelan County PUD, and Julee Cunningham from Snohomish County PUD. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to share their insights as well.

Webinar Schedule:

The webinar will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Pacific Time. Attendees will be admitted 15 minutes before the webinar begins. Recordings will be made available to attendees after the webinar.
