Course Overview:

Teamwork is perhaps the most overused and misunderstood word in the modern-day workplace. Very few would assert that teamwork doesn’t matter because it does matter. We know it matters. Most of us can identify it when we see it. But do we actually know what it takes to create it? What goes into building and sustaining a strong team? Is it luck, work, or both?
