The Fun in Connection, Jan. 15, 2026

“If you're not having fun, get out!” That's long been a helpful mantra, because when there's an element of fun in our work, we do so much better. No fun? No good. At a minimum, unhealthy cultures creep in. This webinar reinforces that fun matters—fun promotes human BEings, rather than human DOings. With a focus on the BEing part of human connection, instructor Ginger Johnson will share insights and ideas on how to promote, propel, and protect the incalculable value fun has in healthy organizations.

Myth Busting, Jan. 22, 2026

Marketing is advertising. Marketing is free. Marketing is icky. All of those are beliefs held by many people. It's time to upset the fruit basket and reset—rendering the myths obsolete and boosting the beautiful value of marketing executed ethically, responsiblly, and well. In this fun and funny session, bring the myths that make you bananas; sharing myths helps to bust them better and more quickly. This lively interactive session will help you vent, get new ideas, and remind yourself that marketing is a noble, useful, and vital part of healthy businesses.

Marketing Made Simple, Jan. 29, 2026

Marketing is communicating is connecting! It's a simple and power-packed Venn diagram that can serve everyone in the connectosphere. So how do we continue to amp up and adjust our skills to really rock our marketing? We keep it simple. In this session, you'll learn how to reenergize your work by focusing on the pure energy of connection to boost marketing efforts across platforms. You'll get principles and practices to apply right away, along with interactive exercises and real-time coaching. Many, if not most, people don't understand the magic of marketing done well. Come to this session to remind yourself why you're in the communications field, reconnect with peers, and have fun gathering new ideas to fuel your work.
