Any employee wanting to understand what being back in the workplace might look like.

Webinar Overview:

Let’s not sugarcoat reality – things have changed. For better or for worse, we are thinking, feeling, and working differently, and teams have risen to the challenge. But what is next on the horizon for you and your teams? The pandemic situation continues to evolve, governing agency guidance continues to change (sometimes daily), and communities are looking forward to reopening on a larger scale; and these changes could all have serious implications for your operations and your employees.

Does your utility have a pandemic preparedness plan? What if workers do not feel comfortable returning to work even though restrictions are lifted? How will you accommodate employees who have underlying health conditions that make them more vulnerable to catching COVID-19? Will you require customers to wear masks? What measures are in place to protect employees from customers who refuse to wear masks?

Reopening for business is not as simple as turning on the open sign. Join us for this informative program as we review the current status of stay-at-home orders and the most up-to-date guidance from the CDC, DOL, EEOC, OSHA, and other governing agencies as it pertains to businesses reopening and employees returning to work.
