Conference Overview:
Join us for the annual IT Conference! This event brings together public power IT professionals to learn about industry updates and share their experiences, recommendations, and lessons learned about key IT issues. This year’s conference will be two and a half days and will feature Jones Loflin as the keynote speaker. Loflin is an internationally recognized speaker and coach with nearly 30 years of experience. He has written several books, including Always Growing, which is a fresh approach to leadership that offers powerfully practical strategies for individuals who have been leading for either two days or two decades. Another one of his books, Juggling Elephants, is a witty and profound parable about one man’s search for solutions for the struggle of too much do. His IT Conference keynote address will be about how to accomplish what is most important to you.

Conference Schedule:
Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Pacific Time; the conference will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on days one and two, and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on day three. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided every day; lunch will be provided on the first two days.

Cancellation Policies:
For webinars, virtual classes, and section meetings: cancellation at least five days prior to the event, full refund; within 1-4 days or no show, 100% of the registration fee.
For in-person events: cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event, full refund; within 15-29 days, $100 fee; and within 1-14 days or no show, 100% of the registration fee.
If canceling because the attendee is showing COVID-19 symptoms any time before the event, a full refund will be issued; if leaving during the event for COVID-19 reasons, a prorated refund will be issued.
When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling; NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions. To request a refund, please contact registration@nwppa.org, or call (360) 254-0109.
