Webinar Overview:

NWPPA will hold its first in a series of virtual policy forums on Tuesday, November 10th at 1:30 p.m. Pacific. This post-election forum will feature a summary of the November 3rd election outcomes and a rundown of the makeup of the U.S. House and Senate in the next Congress (117th). A panel of senior Northwest delegation staff will join the discussion to provide thoughts on what the U.S. Congress can accomplish in the remainder of the 116th Congress and a preview of possible paths forward on NWPPA policy issues such as hydro reform, wildfire prevention, COVID-19 relief and comprehensive energy legislation.

The NWPPA Policy Forum series will provide dynamic discussion by key policy makers and their staff and experienced NWPPA members on impactful regional and federal issues. In these forums, NWPPA members will have access to policymakers, staff and NWPPA colleagues for educational opportunities, relationship building and networking.
