Leadership Skills: Understanding SLII Work Styles, Dec. 10-11, 2025
Overview:
Imagine a workforce made of teams that work together efficiently, find solutions to complex problems, and consistently produce superior results. When teams face a lack of shared purpose, have unclear goals, and contend with ineffective leadership, it becomes difficult to achieve this level of success. Every team should have the chance to come together and reach their full potential. This starts with managers who know how to provide clarity, manage conflict, and break through barriers to move the team forward.
Based on SLII, the most widely taught leadership model in the world, this program will teach you how to diagnose your team’s development and apply the right leadership style to build and sustain a high-performance team. By using these leadership skills, you can significantly improve your team’s ability to execute projects, grow the business, adapt to change, and overcome challenges.
Note: This one-day course applies the four stages of SLII development to communication scenarios involving the whole team. NWPPA also offers Leadership Skills: Understanding SLII Work Styles, which focuses on using SLII principles when working with individuals. These courses are complimentary and we encourage taking both to get the most benefit of the SLII methodology.
