Conference Overview:

Women in Public Power is a learning conference that provides developmental opportunities for women in five critical areas of success: knowing yourself, creating connections, managing communications, building confidence and strengthening resilience. This year, the assessment tool is the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI).

    The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a tool for helping people understand how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics–and for empowering them to choose the appropriate style for any situation.
