Women in Public Power Conference

Date(s):
July 28 — 30, 2026
Venue:
Hyatt Regency Sonoma
Description:

Who Should Attend:

Women working in public power.

Overview:

This year’s WIPP Conference continues the tradition of honoring issues specific to women within the public power industry. It is a place for leaders at all levels—whether you are a customer/member service representative, director/commissioner, meter reader, CEO, accountant, purchaser, or any other employee—to network and learn from one another.

During the conference, expect engaging sessions, bold speakers, and honest conversations that spark new ideas and build real confidence. You’ll walk away with practical tools, fresh perspective, and a stronger network of women who understand your work, your challenges, and your ambitions. Whether you’re looking to grow as a leader, try something new, or simply reconnect with your purpose, this conference is designed to meet you where you are and help you go further.
