Program Overview:
During this webinar participants will learn about the direct and indirect cash flow statements, and develop and practice analytical skills in relationship to the cash flow statement. Topics will include capital replacement decisions; project go or no-go analysis; estimation of cash flow; and the impact of biases. Areas of focus will include the three activities within the utility cash flow: operational activities, investing activities, and financing activities.
Program Objectives:
- Interpret your utility expenditures into the categories of operational activities, investing activities, and financing activities
- Utilize project analysis ratios and tools to recommend a decision to go or stop projects/investments
- Learn analytical tips to estimate future cash flows for your utility
Program level: Intermediate
Prerequisite: Participant should have current standing as a Chief Financial Officer, be a licensed CPA, or hold a position as Senior Accountant.
Advanced preparation for this webinar is not required

Cancellations are accepted, with full refund, if request is made at least 30 days prior to the course date. Within 30 days, fees are as follows: 15-29 days, $100; 1-14 days or “no show,” 100% of registration fee. When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling; NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions.
