KC Fagen joined R. W. Beck in 1990 and worked as a consultant for 25 years before joining Tillamook PUD in 2016. His experience includes system planning, voltage optimization, controls and protection, and T&D design. The work has taken him to the US Virgin Islands, Kodiak Island, American Samoa, Guam and Hawaii.

Kim Ramsell manages the AMI system for Tillamook PUD. She understands that effective management of resources is facilitated by having accurate, relevant and timely data. Her findings help the utility proactively identify and address issues, focusing resources where they are most needed.
