Effective feedback—it's the “secret skill” most managers wish they could get their hands on. Too often, the manager and employee are speaking two different languages when it comes to perspectives on performance. This session will teach leaders how to have productive conversations that address the root cause of performance issues and provide feedback that creates progress.

- Understand the psychology that occurs when constructive feedback is received.
