Regardless of your motives, that is exactly what can happen if you do not apply the principles of just cause and due process. This webinar will cover the just cause and due process basics from initial allegations all the way through to the decision to discipline and at what level. The webinar will also examine some of the more common pitfalls made by management which can ultimately sabotage an otherwise proper discipline.
