Overview:
This class examines the fundamentals of incident investigation, focusing on purpose and outcomes rather than fault-finding. You will explore different investigation methodologies, learn to establish effective investigation parameters, and understand how findings drive organizational change. Discussions will address how to analyze and use causal factors, gather meaningful data, and implement practical solutions that enhance workplace safety. The course emphasizes a systematic approach to investigation that supports continuous improvement in safety culture.

Schedule:

Cancellation Policy:
For in-person events: cancellations at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund; within 15-29 days there will be a $100 fee; and within 1-14 days or no show, the charge will be 100% of the registration fee.
