Overview:
This series is designed to help all professionals thrive. It is comprised of three webinars offered weekly from February through March 2026. Descriptions for each webinar can be found below. Webinars can be taken individually or as an entire series; by registering for the full series, you will receive all three webinars at a discounted price.
This dynamic presentation will equip you with practical tools and real-world strategies for navigating change with confidence and compassion. Led by Taylor Ostrander, process improvement manager at Snohomish County PUD, this session dives into how people respond to change and how you can lead through it effectively. Using Snohomish County PUD's active change management program as a comprehensive case study, Ostrander will examine three critical perspectives on change: the intentional role of the change manager in caring for teams during transitions, the experience of planning for change from a leader's perspective within the change, and a team member's experience in planning for change.
Conflict is a reality of organizational life and work relationships. And, when handled effectively, it can strengthen relationships and build more resilient teams. This webinar will give you insight into the dynamics of workplace conflict and equip you with strategies to guide conversations toward resolution. You will learn how to identify the psychology of conflict in the workplace, explore the attributes of five conflict management styles, and use a template that leads to a constructive conflict dialogue.
Stress happens! And while you can’t always prevent chaos and stress, you can use tools and strategies to prepare for the unexpected. In this session, Sarah G. Draper, an Army veteran and former FBI special agent, will explain the importance of checking in with your nervous system throughout the day. She will also introduce strategies to prepare for and manage the unexpected chaos and stress that arises from daily life.
