Course Overview:

What motivates you to get up every day and go to work? Do you like what you do? Do you like the people you work with? Are you appreciated for your contributions? What would make your work experience better? 

In this one-day class, you will learn strategies for gaining more satisfaction from your work by examining motivation, confidence, knowledge, and skill. Situational Self Leadership will teach you how to be a proactive contributor to your organization.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Learn the progression of an “enthusiastic beginner” to a “high achiever”
  • Identify personal points of power and strengths, and methods for their use
  • Explore empowerment from the perspective of the individual rather than the manager
  • Align personal values with professional and organizational values
  • Act on what a good job looks like

Course Schedule:

Registration will begin at 8 a.m., and the class will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch, as well as a morning and afternoon breaks, will be provided.
