This course is one of three needed to earn a Leadership Skills Certificate. For more information about this and other certificate programs, please see the NWPPA Certificate Program Brochure.

The SLII Experience foundation lies in teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team, and then to use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person. It is recognized as a business language and a framework for employee development that transcends cultural, linguistic, and geographical boundaries. You will stretch your comfort zone and participate in challenging activities that require you to demonstrate your familiarity with SLII content. The course will also teach you how to integrate material into your own personal leadership style.
