Conference Overview:

Please plan to join us in beautiful Salt Lake City for this year’s Annual Conference and Membership Meeting! Connect and reconnect with 300 of your colleagues for this ideal learning and networking event. While there, network with public power stalwarts on the golf course Sunday, participate in Monday’s Government Relations Committee, learn What’s the Buzz About Public Power during two days of educational sessions, celebrate award winners on Wednesday evening, and enjoy all the Beehive State has to offer before and after the conference. To jumpstart the educational sessions Tuesday morning, Maj. Gen. Vinny Boles (ret.) will provide his insights and advice regarding the supply chain challenges the industry is facing. One of the Army’s most skilled logisticians, Boles has decades of experience in managing the world’s largest and most complex supply chain, from the port to the Pentagon. Providing real world examples of what worked, what didn’t, and why, he will lay out a real-world depiction of a supply chain in motion. Afterward, you will have "news you can use" to better optimize your supply chain. Other general sessions will address security breaches (cyber, financial, and physical); new technologies; creating connections; growth and the challenges it creates; how to be a voice for public power and your utility; legislative hot topics; and much more!
