Manager as Leader Series: Build Your Team
October 13, 2022
Venue:The Citizen Hotel
Who Should Attend:
Leadership Skills Series graduates, supervisors, managers, or anyone on a career path to management.
Teamwork is hard work. But it’s worth it.
Teamwork is often an over-used buzz word. Most of us would agree that it is important and most of us can identify teamwork when we see it; but leadership is about creating and sustaining it. This course will provide a roadmap and set of skills to help you build and sustain a strong team.
This course will give you the tools to help your team:
- Create a strong team identity around it's purpose, people, priorities, parameters, processes, and progress.
- Foster trust within the team and between team members.
- Establish necessary alignment to the team's vision, stakeholders, goals, and roles.
- Sustain strong team collaboration and high performance.
- Effective transition through continual change.
