Course Overview:
Leaders dedicated to helping employees genuinely thrive and flourish in their jobs and careers while striving to deliver extraordinary value and results. This one-day class is an interactive and thought-provoking session where participants explore the spectrum of motivation and its six motivational outlooks. Based on the basic psychological needs that underlie human motivation across cultures, genders, and generations, participants develops the skill to shift their motivational outlook at will. The results will include reduced stress, heightened productivity, and greater fulfillment in day-to-day work.

Course Schedule:
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the class will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch, as well as a morning and afternoon break, will be provided.
