This is the second webinar in a three-part webinar series that will cover three key areas of negotiations: preparation; use of the three dynamics of time, information and power (there are over 30 of these); and closing the deal. By registering for all three webinars, you will receive a discount off the total registration fee.
Regardless of whether you use a win-win, interest-based, or some other approach in both formal and informal negotiations, you will learn the proper use of the three basic dynamics of time, information, and power (there are over 30 of these) as tools for resolving many different sorts of conflicts. This is the second webinar in a three-part series.
During this webinar, you will:
- Explore the use of the lost ancient arts of listening, questioning, and establishing community during the bargaining process to influence a positive outcome.
- Learn how to identify hidden agendas and turn them into agreement.
- Develop an understanding of best practices for table protocol and how to prevent chaos at the table and keep everyone focused.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted, with full refund, if request is made at least 30 days prior to the course. Within 30 days, fees are as follows: 15-29 days, $100; 1-14 days or no show, 100% of registration fee. When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling; NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions.
